Julia
opened Nannies of the Rockies LLC over 17
years ago! Her career in childcare began
when she majored in Early Childhood Education
and taught preschool in Utah, California
and Colorado for many years. She has been
interviewed for newspaper and television
for her expertise and knowledge in the Nanny
industry. She is a member of the International
Nanny Association and the Boulder Chamber of Commerce.
Helping Families, Nannies, and Babysitters
has been a privilege beyond description.
The safety, care and nurturing of all children
has been the standard by which the Agency
was founded. She feels especially blessed
to have such a supportive staff who share
the same opinion.

Kathleen
joined Nannies of the Rockies over 8 years
ago as a nanny. She is our Recruitment Specialist
for our Boulder Region. She has a marketing degree and many years
of childcare experience, as a mother of
3 and grandmother of 2, and Nanny to many
of our families. She is excited about the
newest addition of her third grandchild!
With her constant smile and friendly personality,
Kathleen a joy to work with!

Diane (DeDe) Crews brings a wealth of experience
and knowledge in the Nanny industry. She
owned and operated Nanny Poppins, Inc. for
many years in the Denver Metro area. DeDe
and Julia worked together many times in
searching for clients that required a broader
search or a more challenging situation. She continues to work as our national recruiting specialist.
DeDe moved back to her home in the Bay area
and has continued in the childcare field
there as well. DeDe is the proud mother of two children and has
two adorable grandchildren.

Virginia
has worked through Nannies of the Rockies
as a nanny, temporary nanny and on call
babysitter for over 10 years. She is a long
term Boulderite, and she and Julia have
been friends since their early teens! She
currently has been working as a Nanny for
the same family for many years, and assists
as a Recruiting Specialist. She has many years of experience in customer
service, sales and is extremely people oriented.
In her spare time, you can find her at the
nearest park playing with her two grandsons,
Jack and Maddax.
