QUALIFICATIONS
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR REGISTRATION:
• A GREAT LOVE FOR AND DEDICATION TO CHILDREN!
• Personal Interview with a Recruitment
Specialist
• Must be 18 years or older (if under
18 you MUST complete the Red Cross Babysitting
Certificate
• High School graduate (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years Nanny, Babysitting,
Teaching, Tutoring or House Assistant experience
(foreign languages and any certifications related
to children a plus!
• Non-smoker
•
Legally able to work in the United States
• Background check for ALL states lived
in for the previous 3 years
• Valid Driver's License (legally able
to drive in the United States)
• Insured Reliable transportation
• Verifiable childcare references. Each
one of your references is required to fill out
a Nanny Recommendation form available on the
Recommendation Forms Page.
• CPR(must be completed within 30 days
of hire if not current).
