Temporary Screened Nanny Qualifications

  • A GREAT LOVE FOR AND DEDICATION TO CHILDREN!
  • Be able to plan and arrange safe, fun learning opportunities
  • Know how to plan and prepare healthy meals and snacks
  • Have an interest in children as individuals, and a confident and positive personality
  • Have experience of working with children of various ages, in a variety of different settings
  • Personal Interview with a Recruitment Specialist
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High School graduate
  • Minimum of 2 years Nanny, Babysitting, Teaching, Tutoring or House Assistant experience (foreign languages and any certifications related to children a plus!

  • Verifiable Childcare References.
  • CPR(must be completed previous to hire if not current).

Temporary Screened Nanny Background Process

Temporary Screened Nanny Registration Process

1. Fill out the application online.

To become a "SCREENED NANNY" , begin your registration folder that you will need for your personal interview. An additional copy of your registration folder is required for families to review, so be sure to make additional copies of paperwork! To be posted as a "Screened" candidate, (see Screening Tab) , certain requirements must be met.

Please review REQUIRED INTERVIEW PAPERWORK under the "Interview" tab for a list of required documents! When completing your application, It is very important to be as thorough as possible. Correct spelling and punctuation are essential! Please print a copy of your application, to be included in your registration folder BEFORE you submit it!

2. Contact us after you have submitted your application.

Contact us once you have submitted the online application. We will review your application, and if you meet our agency qualifications, we will discuss the next steps with you. You will be required to complete a background check and submit your photo. Upon submission, we will arrange a personal interview with one of our recruitment specialists. We are excited to assist you in searching for fun, rewarding and exciting opportunities in finding the perfect position! For your convenience, we are happy to meet you evenings and weekends as well.

3. Background Check

BACKGROUND CHECK
Once we have reviewed your application and you are ready to schedule a personal interview, you must conduct a background check through Childguard Systems. Just as you would be required to present certain information to teach for example, a background check is part of the required documents. You will receive a copy of the report as well. This will expedite your ability to interview with clients and accept jobs as soon as all screening checks are completed.
