those candidates that best meet your needs
for a personal interview with you. These
candidates are chosen based on qualifications,
personality, style, availaility, and their
own personal aims.
We
will speak with the candidates on the phone
about your position and speak with you about
the candidates you are interested in. You
are then given the opportunity to interview
these applicants in person. (If you are
out of state and you desire a personal interview
with an applicant you are responsible for
covering all travel expenses.) We take the
utmost care to choose the best applicants
for the position but it is vital that you
ask the questions of the potential candidate
or house manager that will further determine
her/his suitability for your own unique
situation.
We will e mail an information profile of
candidates upon request. We encourage you
and the candidates to discuss all aspects
of the position. We want you to be happy
with your placement.
It
is important during your interview to discuss
exactly what your needs are and the exact
job description, pay and benefits. Nannies
continue to interview until they are hired.
Sometimes you might have a change about
certain things such as hours or duties since
you have filled out the application with
us and have failed to let us know. It is
important for you to communicate these changes
with the agency so we may better serve you.
You
then make the final hiring decision. All
the salary negotiations and financial dealings
are strictly between you and the applicant,
although Nannies of the Rockies LLC will
present your job description, salary and
benefits listed on your application or verbally
communicated to the agency to potential
candidates.
Once
a candidate has been verbally hired, you
must complete the "confirmation of
hire" form." All payment fee are
due upon verbal hire.
