I'm a stay-at-home mom who also works p/t from home. I need to start going into the office at least two days a week for a few hours in the morning. I also need uninterrupted time to work at home, or to run errands.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
Two girls: one is almost 4 years old and the other is almost 2 years old. Both bright, active and very verbal.
Describe your home setting: We all (mom, dad and girls) live in a house in a subdivision - at the end of a cul-de-sac. We have lots of play space. Two shy cats that hide under the bed mostly. Across from Rec. Ctr. and a park.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Caring for the children is primary. There may be times when the girls are napping, so light housekeeping (dishes, laundry folding, toy storage) would be good.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Reading is big with us, but we spend lots of time outside exploring too. Painting and craft projects are big favorite too. We go to the park frequently. Playing "pretend" games, helping the girls with developmental games, etc...
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR would be great. Multi-lingual nannies welcome, but not required.

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
We need someone to help us half-days three days a week. Ideally:
Tuesday 8AM - 12PM, Wednesday 8AM - 12PM, and third day for four hours (day and time are negotiable depending on your schedule).
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
Between 12-14.00/hr Performance bonuses may be provided, contingent on performance.
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
2 cats. Nannies won't be expected to care for the cats.
What else are you looking for in a nanny?
We need a nanny with a good sense of humor who enjoys being with children and stimulating their creativity. We're looking for someone who is responsible, caring and perceptive.

We're a friendly bunch with lots of energy. If you like to play at the park and playground, can read books with lots of enthusiasm and funny voices, and love arts & crafts projects - we're looking for you!
