We are a energetic, sports loving, fast -paced family of five. My wife and I both attend Metro State College in Denver. Currently she is working as a property manager and I am finishing up my degree in December. Our three kids are ages 14, 5, and 3.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We are currently looking for a babysitter to watch over our youngest son while I’m in class on Wednesdays for this semester.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
Our 3 three year old son is a sweet boy with and active imagination. He enjoys playing with his legos and building couch cushion forts to fight off the “Halo monstersâ€, (creatures from the video games his older brother plays). He is somewhat of a cut-up and prankster, (he gets that from his older brother), and also enjoys walks outside.
Describe your home setting: Currently we live in an apartment off of the Table Mesa/Highway 36 intersection. Our building is next to the 209 bus route, and walking distance from the Table Mesa park n ride. My wife currently works on the property and has her office across from our apartment in the other building.

A light lunch (sandwiches, cereal, fruit, no cooking involved), snacks, and activities that keep our son entertained.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Walks around the property, coloring, some reading, and games.

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
curerntly we are looking for a short term babysitter from 10 am to about 3:30 pm, for Wednesdays only, possibly more hours in the future as the semster continues.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
We are offering 15 dollars and hour, and do not offer any benefits

What else are you looking for in a nanny?
Our son is a sweet boy, and often fills his own time with his imagination and his love for chocolate milk, we feel our ideal babysitter will have a great time with him and will find her/him self engage in many imagination roles, we feel a babysitter looking for this kind of experience will enjoy babysitting our son.
