My husband and I have two children, ages 4 (boy) and 18 months (girl). My son goes to morning preschool, and our daughter is home. My husband and I both work full-time.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We're looking for a nanny who is fun, energetic, and provides appropriate levels of structure and discipline for our children, as she will be with them full-time throughout the week.

Our son is 4, and our daughter is 18 months.
Describe your home setting: We live in a home in Lafayette, with a small backyard. We also have several parks in our neighborhood.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Light housekeeping for the children (their laundry, working with them to pick up their toys, and vacuuming in the kids play area). Fixing lunches daily.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Reading, park, arts & crafts, music. Our children are also signed up for various activities throughout the week like gymnastics, swimming, soccer, etc. depending on the season.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR, CO driver's license with impeccable driving record.

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
45-50 hrs/week (7:30am - 5 or 5:30pm daily - Monday through Friday)
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$15/hr. No benefits. Bonus based on performance. 6 paid holidays.
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
we have a miniature dachshund.
What else are you looking for in a nanny?
Positive attitude, following a discipline philosophy like Love & Logic. Ability to reinforce our daughter's speech therapy lessons. Non-smoker.
