We are an active outdoor family with three boys, ages 10, 12 and 13. The boys all play sports, and we love to ski and hike.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
For the first time in several years, both my husband and I have full-time jobs. We can handle the morning rush to school, but we need help in the afternoons, picking the boys up from school and either bringing them home or getting them to various practices.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
Our oldest boy is in 8th grade, and he plays tennis most days of the week. The middle boy is in 6th grade and plays soccer several times a week. The youngest boy is in 5th grade, and plays soccer and is a rock climber.
Describe your home setting: We live in the Table Mesa area in a house with three cats and a dog. We aim for a neat and clean house, but do not always reach the mark (especially the neat part).

Reliable person with an excellent driving record.

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
Ideally we are looking for someone to help out from 3-5 pm, Mon-Fri. The 3-5 pm time frame is firm, but can be longer, and the number of days a week is flexible, and could change each semester. This is a long-term job, and we would also like someone who is available during the summer and school holidays, to help with transport to/from camps, and if available, to spend time with the boys during the day.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
We will pay $13-$15/hour, gas/mileage to be reimbursed.
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
We have a dog and three cats.
What else are you looking for in a nanny?
Reliable, fun person who can help out after school.

This is a great job for a student as there is flexibility in the number of days and the number of hours (3-5 pm firm, but could be more, and the number of days can change each semester). We would also like someone who would be available during the summer and school holidays, again with flexibility.
