Both Tracy and myself work. We have 3 kids of which 2 live at home (boys 12 and 14) and oldest is at college in Boudler.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
With both of us working we need help getting boys to their respective schools in the morning and need a house manager.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
More of a house manager role than a nanny. One of our boys is in Junior High and the other is in Highschool.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Drop boys at school 2 or 3 days a week. Light housecleaning, laundry and various house projects. Would ultimatley like to have individual run errands as well as shopping.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Help with breakfast in the am but otherwise kids are pretty self sufficeint.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
Drivers licence with safe driving record.

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
20 to 25 a week.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
14-16 per hour. no benefits.
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
2 dogs at home. Would include letting dogs out and then back in before she leaves.
What else are you looking for in a nanny?
mature - self starter. Much of the job would be working independently so being able to be productive is important. Also since kids are involved we need someone who is relaible from a time standpoint to get kids to school safely and on time.
