We are actually two families. One family with an eight and half year old boy. The other family with a nine year old boy and a six year old girl.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We need a summer nanny to watch our children.

Two boys, ~9 years old very fun and good natured. One very loving and creative 6 year old girl.
Describe your home setting: Both families live in great subdivisions in Longmont near several parks. In summer, our children like to spend time at the pool. Swimming is a must for an activity. Also going to parks, play games in our yard, go on bike rides, craft projects, read, etc.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Making sure our kids have fun and are happy and safe. Basic meal preparation for kids, taking kid(s) to park, or to other activities, light house cleaning -- limited assisting in toy clean up and clean up after lunch/snack dishes.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
We want a nanny who loves to swim and will take the kids the pool regularly. We want a nanny who will work with us to try to have a loose knit routine and plans in place for weekly activities. For example, where Tuesdays might be swim day, Wednesday field trips, Thursdays craft days, etc. Making lunch and snacks for kids, taking them outside to play, playing games, going to the park and local library, doing arts and crafts, etc. Basically having fun! Will need help picking up or dropping off kids at local camps. We do not watch much TV.

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
Summer. M-TH 9-3. Family #1, M-TH. Family #2, two days a week, total 10 hours overlapping with Family #1.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
Somewhere between $300-$330 a week cash ($12-15 an hour)

Yes.
What else are you looking for in a nanny?
We definitely want a person who takes initiative and will plan fun activities for the kids. Someone who enjoys being with children and has child care experience. Someone who is physically active and enjoys playing outside with the kids.
