We are a very busy and active family with 2 boys and a dog. My husband travels a lot and I run the household while also starting my own business. We love to play oustide - lots of sports and spend time at the pool in the summer most days. We are a fun and social family with lots going on! Drew is our oldest and he is in school full-time and our youngest Will goes to pre-school part-time.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We are looking for a nanny to help for some hours during the week so I can get some work done and also a shift during the weekend (typcially a Sat. night, but we are flexible and can work it out around your schedule) so my husband and I can have some adult time. We may also ask for some help with some cleaning and laundry. Together we would agree upon babysitting hours and other things around the house so it works out for both parties. We have a studio apartment above our garage where you would live. Our studio apt. is fully furnished with a king bed, stove, TV/cable, wifi, fridge, bathroom and walk-in closet. It also has it's own entrance/large deck and own parking space.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
We have two boys - Drew is 7 years old and Will is 4 1/2. Drew is at school everyday and Will goes to pre-school part time.
Describe your home setting: We live in a beautiful suburban neighborhood of Indian Peaks in Lafayette, just outside of Boulder. This is a great and fun area with lots of parks and kids playing all around. We have a single familhy home with a studio apartment above our garage. We are right on the bus route (baseline rd.) which will take you straight into Boulder or any other areas where you may need to go.

fun, upbeat personality that can deal with lots of "boy energy"! Also want the nanny to be responsible and pay rent on time.

Please call for more information. This is not a "typical" nanny posting, but we have done this situation with outher nannies and it works out so well for both our family and the nanny. This is great for a college student that needs a place to live and has some free hours during the week/weekend to babysit.
