We need a nanny as Dad works FT and Mom consults PT from home!

2 active boys - the big boy is now 4.5 and loves Legos, puzzles, and reading. The little guy is 5 months old and just wants to follow his brother and terrorize the dog!!!
Describe your home setting: We live in a large home in and urban area of Longmont. Whle there is a limited yard, but a GIANT play ground right across the street from our house!

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
I would like to have a nanny in the house for at least 10 hrs a week (prefer Tuesday and Thursday - actual hours are somewhat negotiable). Hours may increase to 15 hrs a week or more.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
