CPR ect.at least a college graduate, with a reliable car and insurance.

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
I will need a nanny for Mondays only from 8am until 4:15 pm for the next year, possibly year and a half
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
between 12-15 and hour, dependent on kids cared for.
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
Yes, a large old lab/purines mix so sweet and really just sleeps and eats:)
What else are you looking for in a nanny?
capable of being on time always, great references, skilled work in jobs with similar ages of children. Some one who has a vested interest in providing exception care and smart
Additional comments:
Some homework help may be required from time to time. Also there may be a need to work as lat as 9pm on only on days my husband is traveling for business and I have a class. These dates in time will be agreed to well in advance. This is really my first time asking for a nanny and so I am interested in someone who really know who she is and where she is going in life and someone who is also capable of delivering and following through with consequences for undesirable behavior. I want someone with a great self of sense of self and can open my children's eyes to new and fun activities.
