The kids (ages 11 girl & 9 boy) enjoy everything from arts, bikes, parks, nearby pools, soccer, baseball and enjoying the relaxed vibe of our neighborhood. The kids are great and there is a ton of fun stuff to do nearby and around our homes in North Boulder and Central Boulder.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
This job only makes sense for active, healthy people with an extensive amount of childcare experience. This is not a babysitting job, but rather a higher paid position for nannies with nanny experience and energy. Excellent references and examples of experience are a must!!
Grocery runs and food preparation, laundry, general organization and some light household management are parts of this position. Someone who has done this for other families, with a lot of energy, likes to cook, organize and help around the house and have fun is a prime candidate for this job. Must have very strong organizational and planning skills.

What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR certified. We require that this is the nanny's only job. It is necessary that you have your own reliable vehicle.

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
This job requires 30-35 hours per week. Specific hours will shift and change based on the family schedule that week. Commitment is 18 months with guaranteed no other school or work commitments.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$23 per hr, if fluent Spanish speaking $25 per hour.

Additional comments:
Travel out of Colorado can be 3-5 weeks per year with the family. Some overnights are part of this job. We almost always know the schedule 2 weeks in advance to help plan your own schedule.
This position would start mid April with a few shifts spread out for a few weeks to get to know the kids, then focusing on late April / early May as an official start.
