We need someone to care for our boys for nights out and other events.

Describe your home setting: My husband and I and the boys live in a single family home in a semi-rural area east of Boulder (near 95th and Arapahoe). We raise chickens and bees!

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Cooking for kids, cleaning up after meals, cleaning up (or supervising clean up!) of toys/kid messes.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Reading, board games, outside games, outings to parks/skating/bowling, etc depending on days/times.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR certificate

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
8-20 hours per week, long term.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$12-$15 hour dependent on experience, no benefits.

2 fish and 8 chickens (outside!)

Someone fun, good energy, grounded, responsible, reliable, someone who can become and extension of our family.
Additional comments:
Both of our boys are fairly sensitive, so someone with some empathy is needed. Our younger son was adopted as a child, so we prefer to have someone long-term, to minimize changes for him.
