We are an outdoorsy family and the kids have exposure to electronics but is very limited. We do not watch television as we prefer learning takes place in nature and with imagination. I am a stay at home mom and my husband travels often for work.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
Mom needs an extra pair of hands, our full time nanny will be away for two weeks!
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
5 yr old twins, boy and girl. We have a happy 6 month old girl but Mom is primary caregiver for baby.
Describe your home setting: My husband, myself, twins, baby and 2 dogs live in a large home. We have a deck for hanging out, a backyard and a front yard.

What else are you looking for in a nanny?
We are looking for a nanny that can multitask, take direction based on how our family does things, gives direction as needed to the kids, is loving and caring with and to the kids, is trustworthy and takes the time (as permitted) to listen to the kids and see things from their perspective. We would like the person to become part of our family as is possible.
