We are an easy-going family of four who love the Colorado outdoors and spending time with friends and family. We live in a home in the Superior community of Rock Creek where we enjoy stroller walks on the extensive trail system, spoiling our dog, Maya, and hanging out in our backyard. We’re genuine, friendly, Midwestern transplants with an open mind and our children are the center of our little universe.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
One word: twins! Will and Nora are amazing and adorable 6-month old preemies who are doing quite well but require more care than the average infant. Mom will be home but it’s really a two person job.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
Will is a very active, happy boy who is growing like a weed! His needs are very much in line with a typical infant but he does have oxygen since he was born early. Hopefully, he will be off oxygen in the next month or so. His sister, Nora, is coming into her own and has turned into a little smile factory since her home coming in early July. She has some intestinal issues and gets nutrition through an IV and G-Tube but her prognosis is great and she is only expected to need this extra help until her intestine is big enough and she is about 1 year old. Her medical needs will be handled by her mom and dad but we will need a nanny to do pacifier duty, mix formula, and look after Will when mom takes Nora to appointments.
Describe your home setting: We live in a single family home in the Rock Creek neighborhood. It is just the four of us and a very friendly dog. Dad works down the road at the Noodles and Company corporate offices and mom will be at home full-time.
