Husband and wife are both CU professors. We have a 17 year old daughter, Lizzie.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We have a regular nanny for Lizzie on MWF from 3:30 until 6, with possible Saturday evening work (6 until 10) so parents can go out! Overnights possible, too.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
Lizzie is petite (4' 7"), cute, good humored, and has a few special needs. She has visual problems,which don't prevent her from getting around. Problems are:nystagmus (shaky eyes), no depth perception, and near-sightedness. She also has some cognitive delays, so she is behind her peers in some areas, including math and reading (but her reading comprehension is near or at grade level).
Describe your home setting: We have a 2300 square foot house right off Table Mesa Drive.

Patience, personal attention (she performs for people who care about her), and good humor!

Occasional Saturday evenings (6 until about 10, usually) date night and occasional weekend days and overnights. Open to nannies sharing the position!
