We are an active family of four that loves spending time outdoors! Ethan is a scientist and works full-time in Boulder, Rachel is a pediatrician and works part-time shift work in an emergency department in Denver.

Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We are seeking a nanny to provide loving care to our boys while we are working. We need someone who has flexibility in scheduling. Rachel works shifts in an emergency department and her schedule varies week to week. She also works a few hours from home. Ethan's job is mainly 9-5 on weekdays. So, we need a nanny who is okay with a variable schedule on weekdays from about 8:30am to 5:30pm, for 30 hours a week, with occasional flexibility to work an earlier morning, evening, or date night. We can let you know at least a month in advance what the schedule would be.

Two adorable boys who are 2.5 years and 7 months old

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
30 hours a week averaged over a month. No more than 34 hours a week. So, some weeks you may be asked to work 27 hours and other weeks 33 hours, for example. Position is long-term.

How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
Salaried position at $420-$540 per week. 1 week paid vacation per year + 1 week paid vacation over Christmas week. Also, paid vacation on Thanksgiving and New Year's Day. All minor holidays off.
