Please describe your family:
We are extremely busy husband and wife team, successful business owners and most importantly parents to a fun, easy going and active toddler. We run our own business that is seasonal and very busy during the summer months. We work at an office or on location everyday of the week and most weekends. Our home is the place for us to spend the best time together as a family.

Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
As business owners there does not seem to be enough time in the day to get everything done. Between our loving active child, our very busy production business, and our 2 labs. The most critical time for us to get our work done for the business is Mon through Friday. We would like someone for 10 hours a day 4 to 5 days a week. The schedule will be towards 50 hours a week 12-15 weeks out of the year. The days she will care for our son will fluctuate but you will be notified well in advance. That said, I need someone who is somewhat flexible, as the schedule may change from week to week. I need someone who can go with the flow. The job would be for 40 to 50 hours per week. We may need very rarely and if the nanny is able to be flexible and available when needed on weeknights and or weekends.
