We are a fun-loving active family who loves everything about living in Boulder! Our son is 3.5 and our daughter is 22 months. They are each others best buddies and love to have fun together. We also have a very loving and friendly golden retriever.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We are looking for a Full Time nanny because our son is starting a new pre-school in the fall and our daughter is not old enough to attend with him.

Describe your home setting: We live in Boulder just a few houses down from Chautauqua park. We have an amazing backyard with a sandbox, playhouse, outdoor chalkboard, playground set and an organic garden. Our house is also very close to two great playgrounds as well as the playground at Flatirons Elementary. From our house you can walk to downtown, the library, Alfalfas, and museums on CU's campus.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Children's laundry, loading/unloading dishwasher, sweeping/vacuuming in the kitchen if needed. The toddlers can get pretty messy at mealtime! If we get our act together and plan for meals, we might ask you to prep ingredients (chopping fruits/veggies, etc).
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Nature walks, reading, obstacle courses, fort making, arts and crafts, dance parties, singing, educational activities, excursions to the library and museums (walking there, no need to drive)
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
Early Childhood Education experience is much appreciated! If you've worked in a daycare setting that's great too.

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
42.5 hours per week (8:30AM - 5PM). We need at least a one year commitment.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$15 to $18 (Salary Based). We offer paid vacation when the family vacations, paid holidays, food when at our house, and we can discuss other benefits as well.

One Golden Retriever

Reliable, Trustworthy, Happy, Loving, Positive, Self-Starter (we'd love if you ask, "what can I do to help!", non-smoker, fun, and of course, truly loves toddlers!
