I have two great kids, a 13 year old teenage girl. She is outgoing and loves friends,signing, humor and soccer. She is a teenager. My son is an adorable energetic 8 and a half year old boy. He likes his computer, imagination, jumping on the trampoline and playing pirates. I am a doctor (Pediatric Lung Specialist) at a hospital that is 40 minutes away and work there every day.The kids are with me Wednesday - Friday. My partner works from home and works in real estate. We have a fantastic yard and live in a great place close to most things. We like to laugh, talk, listen to music and do things!
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
I work away from the home and my partner works from the home in real estate. I have two needs: 1. Summer nanny to provide activities and driving for the kids. It needs to be flexible as the kids may be home all day Wednesday through Friday some weeks or in camps others. 2. In the Fall I need Wed through Friday from 2 to 6 or 7. Driving to activities, homework, some meal prep, etc. This can be the same nanny or one for summer and one for fall.

Describe your home setting: We Iive on an acre lot in Boulder County close to everything. It is a beautiful location. I have a partner, 2 kids and we have 2 dogs.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Work with the kids to pick up their things, their laundry, some shopping and cooking. There may be weeks in the summer that we will be traveling and I would look to keep pay the same for dog and house sitting while we travel.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Art, back yard fun, to activities for my son and for my daughter, movies, parks, take to camp and pick up some weeks.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR, driving and background checks.

Summer range from 15 to 25 hours per week;
Fall hours 12 to 15 per week

What else are you looking for in a nanny?
Great communication skills, calm, good with teens, fun loving, flexible, firm when required to, ability to set limits and remain kind. We want and have had the people who come into our live to feel part of our family.
