Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
Single mom of two amazing kids, ages 9 1/2 and 11. I am looking for a responsible, caring person to help out after school so we can enjoy more family time together. We need someone that is available 3 to 4 hours each afternoon during the school year. The perfect candidate will be responsible for picking my kids up after school, making sure they complete homework and potentially starting dinner from my simple menus. My kids are smart, energetic and funny, so being outside and playing games comes with the territory! A weekly gas allowance will be provided due to the travel to/from my kids school.

What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
Teaching experience is a plus; significant child care with school age children a plus!

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
3 - 4 hours a day, on school days; the schedule would be as follows with possible modifications as needed:
M, T, Th, F 3:30 to 6; W 2:10-6
If the Wednesday hours don't work, that's okay too.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$15-$20/hour, plus weekly gas allowance.
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
My daughter has a hamster.
