Please describe your family:
Professional couple who work mostly from home in full time positions. Wife tends to bite off more than she can chew. Two human children, one aged 3 and the other 3 months old. Two cat children and presently one giant Akita dog, soon to have second dog child: St. Bernard puppy.

Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
The three month old was hospitalized twice in her first three months of life due to illness brought home by sister from daycare, so we cancelled daycare. I(mom) need someone to entertain and educate our 3 year old while I work, and to occasionally help with the baby. I need someone I can trust with my young children, someone who matches our general value system whom our kids can look up to.

Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
2 girls, ages 3 years and 3 1/2 months. Both kids are easy going and generally cheerful. Older child has a very well developed sense of humor, and enjoys joking around. Youngest child is not showing her personality yet, other than being generally cheerful and easy going.

Describe your home setting: Home, front and back fenced yards. Near Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Entertaining and educating and caring for children. Picking up after self and kids, maybe very occasional cooking, occasionally driving children to nearby events/centers such as the zoo.

What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Depends on the nanny's background and interests. Education, playing, Zoo, park, reading, music and art(if possible), dancing, etc.

What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
Experience, reliability, patience. CPR certified.

Yes

When will this position be available?
Start date is flexible

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
F.T. or P.T. Anywhere from 2 to 5 days a week -negotiable. Long term would be great (1 Yr. min.) We will want to start with a trial period to make sure it is a good fit before committing to long term.

How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$15-$20/hr Compensation commensurate with experience. Health insurance is something we could offer, but the cost would be paid by the employee.

Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
2 cats, 1 giant dog and soon another giant puppy.
