We are a family of four people and a dog. Mom had a head injury about a year ago and is home, but needs help, Dad works full time as a firefighter and is gone for 48 to 72 hours a week, a 5 year old girl, and an 7 year old boy, finishing 1st grade. We also have a big, friendly dog and live on 10 acres!
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
My wife has been a 2nd grade teacher for 18 years, last year she slipped on ice and smacked her head on the concrete. She has not worked since and is suffering from migraines and the ability to take care of the kids while I'm gone.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
We have a girl who is a 5 year old sweet girl and a 7 year old very active boy, who loves to be outside and in every sport!
Describe your home setting: We recently moved to a little 10 acre farm in Erie (No animals yet) to give a more quite place for my wife. Since moving here the kids spend every second they can outside!

Cooking for kids, or getting it started. Occasional errands to pick up wife's medications, take our boy to his practice, kids to activities and wife to Dr. appointments (she does limited driving).
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Reading, crafts and anything fun outside!

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
20 to 25 hours a week, flexible schedule. This will be for summer for now, but could go into the school year. Open to a summer only nanny or long term.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$15-$20 hour, benefits if job becomes permanent.
