We are a family of two (mother and son) who recently moved back to Colorado. We are loving it here in the quaint town of Niwot. We are a very active family but also take time together to just relax and play.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
I am in need of a nanny Friday Oct 7th from 10-3 and Monday Oct 10th from 8:30-1. I am a working mother (in a medical profession) and need care for my son while working. We have just relocated back to Colorado I believe in forming a lasting bond with my son's care takers in order to have a stable and consistent environment for him. With the nature of my job (medical field), I would need someone with flexibility if my schedule runs beyond these hours.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
My 4 1/2 yr old boy is very inquisitive, active, sweet, and out-going. He loves meeting new people, trying new games and activities. He enjoys sports, especially soccer, baseball, swimming, and riding his bike. He also enjoys more relaxed playing and will sit and play with legos and other toys for long periods of time.
Describe your home setting: We live in the quaint town of Niwot, just a few minutes north of Boulder. We have a large fenced in yard with mature trees and lots of space to play. There is a wonderful children's park across the street from us that will soon be finished in the fall. Downtown Niwot is very fun and there are hiking trails and additional parks nearby. The household consists of myself and my son. We will be getting a dog very soon.

Occasional cooking, picking up after playing, driving to activities and picking up from school occasionally.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
We would love someone who is warm, caring, patient, knows how to participate in play,
and is creative. Activities might include playing games and sports outside, going to the park, legos, hotwheels, board games, reading books, crafts, art projects, reading/writing activities and practicing numbers. Basically, someone who can connect and be present with my child.

Someone who is reliable and punctual is very important. Looking for someone who we can feel comfortable with.

My son has a peanut allergy, and carries an Epipen. We have a peanut/nut free household.
