We are a family of 5. I stay at home with the kids and my husband works long hours and travels frequently. We have two sons ages 9 and 5 and a 6 month old daughter.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We are looking for a fun loving nanny who wouldn't mind getting dirty with the boys or cuddling the baby. Willingness to unload the dishwasher or fold a load of laundry if the kids are otherwise occupied would be great too.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
We are interested in someone who can split duties with me. Someone who can help my 4th grader with homework while I run the 5 year old to gymnastics or vice versa. Mostly you would have the boys or the baby, only all 3 on the occasional date night.
Describe your home setting: We have a house in north boulder with plenty of space for the kids and a park outside our back gate. Our neighborhood is full of kids and our boys play at the park or in the cul de sac frequently.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Grabbing milk from the store on your way in, dishes or laundry if the kids are busy, we have a housecleaner to clean our house so light picking up of toys or such. Cooking kids food like grilled cheese or making snacks of fruit and cheese and crackers would be all that is required in the kitchen.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
We want someone who can keep our 9 year old on task with homework but other then that really just play with our kids whatever you like - board games, art, bike rides, park and outdoor play all work!
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
Our middle child is allergic to nuts and requires an epi pen to be with him at all times, comfort with epi pen is a must.

15-20, 25 is a possibility for the right person.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$18-$22 hourly, and a gym membership to Colorado Athletic Club.

We have an 11 year old dog.
What else are you looking for in a nanny?
Someone reliable and fun. Who is willing to just pitch in to keep our family running smoothly and who can take charge with minimal supervision.
