Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We need someone to assist with school pick ups, taking kids to activities, play and engage with the kids, help with household duties including laundry, grocery shopping, meal prep or cooking, errands, anything needed, etc.!

6 year old daughter and a 4 year old son

Household duties including laundry, running errands, grocery shopping, meal prep, anything needed etc!
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
I would love my nanny to be present and engaging with my children, play and read to them, take them to activities, go to parks or classes, walk or ride bikes and swim in the summer. I would love them to be dynamic, playful and creative.

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
I am looking for 20-25 hours in the afternoons, M-F. I am flexible with start and end time but in general somewhere between 12:30 and 5 PM would be ideal.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$23/hr. Vacation, Sick days, Major Holidays.

What else are you looking for in a nanny?
Someone experienced with preschoolers and school age, someone that is warm, patient and engaging. Dependable, creative and safety conscious! I am also looking for someone that can be flexible with duties, whether child care or house management and could do a weeknight or weekend day/night when needed. In this case, the hours during the week would be adjusted and there would be at least a week's notice or more.
