Professional, Christian, working family seeks professional full time Nanny/House Manager to support our family as we work toward our family's goals. Two beautiful girls (2.5, 4.5) who are articulate, funny, thoughtful and intelligent (emotionally and academically) who bring light and joy to our home. We love animals but do not have any. In the summer we love nature walks in our "backyard" and hanging out at the community pool.

Both parents work outside the home and seek a Nanny/House Manager that can consistently provide high quality support to the family with minimal input, direction, and oversight from the family.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Nanny Duties: Nanny/House Manager is expected to be both professional and nurturing while caring for children. Nanny/House Manager will be requested to interact with children using the Love and Logic techniques as well as faith based principals. Strict adherence to family instituted programs such as responsibility charts, reward systems, family dress code, and family values is expected. During the school year children 2,4 attend private school 5 days a week and nanny is expected to prepare children for school in the morning and provide transportation in a safe, reliable vehicle. Gas stipend for personal car use. Nanny/House Manager will be available for full time care of sick children, school days off, and breaks. Nanny/House Manager will also schedule and attend routine doctor and dentist appointments as well as emergency and sick appointments for the children. Nanny/House Manager will be requested to interact with children using the Love and Logic techniques as well as faith-based principals. Strict adherence to family instituted programs such as responsibility charts, reward systems, family dress code, and family values is expected. Nanny/House Manager is expected to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the family at school and camps.
House Manager duties: School/camp dropping off children, shop for and prepare cook/bake nutritious meals (breakfast and lunch for children and family dinners). Nanny/House Manager will perform housework, chores, and errands as requested by the family (described in more detail during the interview process). Nanny/House Manager will be solely responsible for the day-to-day running of everything within the home (except the yard work) and is expected to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the family.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Minimal needed during school year except for daysoff from school. Before the summer we will discuss expectations for a normal day when the children are home. Will include light academics as well as a camp/activity schedule for the older child and expectations for light academics and activities for the younger.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR and 1st Aid.

Monday-Friday from 7am-3pm.

$25-$30 with opportunity for performance based bonuses. Vacation, major holidays, pto days.
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
Just Sea Monkeys. We do not allow animals in our home, on our property or in our vehicles.
