We have an active 2 yr old with a new baby on the way, so I definitely need the help! The nanny will care for the 2 yr old only!

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Preparing healthy meals for our son. While he is at school, I would like help with household management tasks including laundry, grocery shopping, errands, light housekeeping, cooking, etc.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Inside and outside activities, going to the park,reading,arts and crafts, developmental activities, etc. You will need to drive him to preschool in the morning and back home at noon. Driving is required!
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR certified.

How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$20-$23/hr. 2 paid weeks vacation, 6 days paid holidays, 2 PTO/Sick days. Occasional evenings, weekends and overnights.
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
2 dogs, a sweet and athletic Mutt and a teacup Pomeranian.
