Experience: I have worked as a nanny for over 18 years. I have worked with all ages including infants. I was will my last family for over 8 years. L was 3 months old when I started and her sister E came along 2 years letter. Through out the years I have studied and read about children behavior and how to communicate in a loving and effective way. I have amazing references

Describe your childcare style:I am very nurturing and loving. I believe it is very important to nurture the growth and development on many levels. Understanding their needs,and working with open heart. I feel its best to communicate with the families on how they want their children cared for.

What activities do you like to do with children:The job is to protect, nurture, engage, and teach the children in my care. Some activities, include playing dress up, arts and crafts, swimming, going to the park, zoo, and reading, and of course, using our imagination!

Why are you interested in working as a Nanny or Babysitter? It is a joy to work as a nanny and be around children. I am seeking an opportunity that will benefit the development and care of the children, and support of the family. I have had incredible experiences with my child care jobs.

What qualities are important in a Nanny or Babysitter?I think it is very important to have great communication with parents & children. Other qualities are: trustworthy, creative, enthusiastic patient, nurturing, a good listener and fun!
