Experience: Three younger siblings and three years of babysitting for local Boulder families. Three years experience working for the Department of Human Services as a children's advocate; specializing in at-risk, low-income families. Trained for 8 years in Autism and anxiety disorder children; two of my siblings suffer from these. I have been trained in controlling triggers, social soothing, creating a calming environment, etc. Spent a year working with an 8mo pre-mature girl who had a daily medicine regimen, oxygen tank, and daily physical therapy that I was trained to do by her pediatrician.

Experience with the following age groups: 8months-16years. I love children that are fun, energetic, and love to be active!

Interests and hobbies:Loves sportes, reading, drawing, bike rides, swimming, being outdoors along with math and science! I help an organization, The Food Bank of the Rockies, monthly to help distribute food banks to low-income families with children in my hometown. Community service means the world to me, it makes the biggest difference in both the receiver and the givers life.

Describe your childcare style:I am a fun, outgoing and energetic nanny with great communication devices for diverse groups of children and parents. I stress constant communication with both the guardians and children to maintain happiness, respect, and always striving for a happy and healthy relationship.

What activities do you like to do with children:I love to do anything from playing outside and sports to video games and drawing/coloring! I am a tutor at Boulder High School and love helping kids in any subject they may be struggling or excelling in.

Why are you interested in working as a Nanny or Babysitter? As a nanny and as a person, in general, I love to be around positive energy and be active. I have great conflict resolution skills as well as the ability to communicate with diverse groups to reach/maintain certain goals and create a happy environment and relationship with the families. My love, versatility, and passion for children makes me the perfect candidate for any nannying position

What qualities are important in a Nanny or Babysitter?Communication is definitely one of the most important qualities; with good communication between the families and myself, happiness is always maintained and creates a great environment. I also believe that respect, responsibility and morality are very important in order to stay within the standards of the family and always be striving to improve and be the best possible nanny for any situation.
