I believe that involving and engaging children in physical activities is great for fine and gross motor development. In addition to group play for social skills.

What activities do you like to do with children:
I love to involve children in any activity that I am doing. This includes cleaning and cooking, when appropriate. I believe it is important to relate to the individual. I encourage art, reading, play, climbing, playgrounds, hiking, and any form of movement for the body.

Why are you interested in working as a Nanny or Babysitter?
Children get to come in contact with so many new experiences and I am honored to be the person to help encourage and mold them into strong, respectful, loving beings. It is the job of caregivers to help build an environment that is supportive and helps build self-esteem. I believe that growth happens during the journey, not the end goal.

What qualities are important in a Nanny or Babysitter?
Each family should find the caregiver that compliments the family's parenting style. In all cases, responsibility, empathy, compassion, positivity, experience and a joy in caring for children are important qualities to me.
