The Nanny or Babysitter has the following experience:
I started babysitting two boys when I was the age of 14. I regularly worked with them for three years. After college I worked in the sailing industry and was incharge of the youth groups ages 6-8 as well as the instructors. During that time I also babysat three girls ages 7, 10, and 13. I have been working for eight months as a Behavior Therapist with children on the Autism Spectrum.

The Nanny or Babysitter has experience with the following age groups:
I have experience with children ages 3-15 as well as special needs children.

The Nanny or Babysitter has the following interests and hobbies:
I am a gregarious person who loves to hula hoop, do puzzles, and get outside as much as I can. I love to do yoga, go for hikes, ski/snowboard, and cuddle up on the couch with a good book. I am also an avid skier and snowboarder in the winter.

Level of education:
I attended Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI and graduated in 2014 with a B.A. in Psychology.

Do you have additional skills or certifications:
CPR, I am a current Behavior Therapist and work with children on the Autism Spectrum. I am certified by the BACB board and is currently up to date. I have clients from ages 4 to 11 all ranging on the spectrum.

Describe your childcare style:
I am a very fun, positive person, but is firm in setting limits and following through with the rules set. When working with kids especially those on the Autism Spectrum is extremely important to be reliable and accountable, while being super outgoing and creative.

What activities do you like to do with children:
I love to play and get creative, whether that means building forts, doing crafts, or drawing. I also think its important to get outside weather dependent.

Why are you interested in working as a Nanny or Babysitter?
I have always worked with kids and have always enjoyed sending time with them. In the next year or two I would like to prepare to go back to school, to further my education in either Occupational Therapy or ABA Therapy.

What qualities are important in a Nanny or Babysitter?
I believe that to be a nanny you need to be creative, reliable, and fun while maintaining a safe environment.
