Mom is starting a new, full-time job and dad recently started a new business, so we need help covering the after-school hours.

1 boy, age 11, in 5th grade
Describe your home setting: We live in a house in a suburban community with a yard and several parks close by.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Provide after-school care from 2:30-5:30 pm (or 3-6 pm, negotiable) M-F, including:
Pick child up from school in Louisville (ideal, but negotiable), light help with getting snacks and occasionally dinner, light help folding laundry, sometimes need to go to/from an event or sports practice
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Read, play, homework oversight and help as needed, play outside
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
First aid/CPR

What else are you looking for in a nanny?
We are looking for someone who can help our son focus on getting the work done he needs to do and then on having fun afterwards, playing outside with friends, riding bikes, hitting some tennis balls, playing basketball, soccer, etc.
