We are a professional, active, loving little family. We are new first-time parents and our 3-month-old baby is our pride and joy! We are non-smokers and try to be healthy eaters. We prefer outdoor or creative activities to TV (although there are several TVs in the house). We both work full time – Mom in downtown Boulder for a media company and dad works the majority of the time in the home office.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We are looking for a nanny to complement the time our baby spends with his grandparents when mom goes back to work full-tme. We expect the nanny to be experienced with infants and have a plan to help with his development. But we also want the nanny to have fun with him!

Happy, smiley, calm 3-month old infant.
Describe your home setting: Our home is a fairly large single-family house within walking distance of old-town Louisville. We are also on the DASH bus route. We are clean, organized and currently pet free.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Mostly taking care of the baby (feeding, changing, playing). However it would be nice if the nanny would be willing to make breakfast and/or lunch for dad when they make it for themselves on the days he is in the home office. There might also be some light laundry duty if the baby makes a mess.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Playing and interacting with the baby including reading, tummy time, singing, going for walks, etc. We are new, first-time parents so we are also open to suggestions of activities good for infant development from someone with great experience.
