We are looking for household support and a family assistant.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
We are looking for someone who can help us with our home first by general clean up and organization. We need kitchen clean up including loading & unloading dishwasher, hand washing pans, wiping counters. Also able to do the girls laundry and put clothes away in the right rooms, also help with purging clothes that are too small. Overall help to organize & upkeep with the stuff! (clothes, toys, papers, etc.), general pick up in the house, and possibly some food prep. This could be done during the day when the girls are in school.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Ideally we would like to hire for 10-12 hours to work in the house ideally when the girls are at school or camp, and then additionally 4-8 hours per week to babysit the girls. At this time our priority is helping with our home. When watching the girls, we would like someone who is engaging and willing to walk to the park, read, play :)

What else are you looking for in a nanny?
We need help keeping up with the house and would like the right fit to support our family. Looking for someone who is trustworthy, strong self-initiative, organized yet flexible, and knows how to jump in without us always being involved.
Additional comments:
We definitely could use an additional babysitter, but the priority for us is household support which could be during the day while the girls are in school. Additional hours are available to watch the girls. Open to someone who would also consider occasional overnights watching the girls! We look forward to meeting you!
