We are a happy, fun, active, family that are original from Colorado. We have been living in SoCal for the past 10 years and are moving back to Co. We enjoy hiking, swimming in the ocean, surfing, snorkeling, traveling, and so on! We are super excited for this new chapter in our lives and look forward to what a nanny could bring!
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We are looking for someone fun and energetic to are for our baby boys! We want a personal experience and want them to get the 1:1 attention they deserve.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
We have 8 month old twin boys who are super playful and friendly. They smile all the time, giggle and squeal in excitement, they are just awesome little dudes.
Describe your home setting: We are moving into a big house in Arvada, complete with a backyard overlooking the flatirons. There is a clubhouse, a pool, and open space, I think there is even a nearby playground.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
We would like someone to be able to prep bottles, feed the boys, clean their toy/bottles/etc, and do their laundry. All nanny responsibilities will revolve around the kids, no other house hold items.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
We are looking for someone who is super fun and energetic to keep up with our twins. We would love someone to read to them, engage in learning activities, crafts, and go for walks. I am an artist and would love the boys to explore colors and finger paint! The boys love to go for walks outside and so outside time is very important. Eventually as they get older, field trips could be really cool too - like the zoo or aquarium. The boys are just learning to sit up, so if they are not by April, we definitely need some help developing motor skills. Once they learn to crawl they will be unstoppable! We definitely want someone energetic who can keep up! Baths are not part of your responsibility unless they get into something messy. Really we just want someone who will really enjoy playing with these two goofballs! We do try to limit screen time. Right now is critical to their developing little brains and we want them to explore the world through their eyes and hands! However, we are ok with a movie day here and there. We also would want someone willing to care for the boys if they get mildly sick. This would definitely be an ok day to take things easy and enjoy a blanket and some movies.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR - Early child development a bonus! (preferred but not a requirement).

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
Part Time M-W-F 24 hours/weekly 8am - 4pm or Full Time Monday through Friday 40 hours (flex with start/end time).
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$18-$20 an hour- depending on experience and amount of hours! Benefits negotiable.
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
We also have a lovable boxer mix dog that will be in home with us as well, but will most likely be outside in the back yard and will not be your responsibility.
What else are you looking for in a nanny?
We really want someone who will fit in with our family and truly enjoy caring for the twins. As you can imagine caring for two infants at the same time does come with its challenges and not all days are easy. We hope that the nanny we find is very patient, kind, and easy going, but also has energy to keep up these two little monkeys!
