We have moved to the Louisville area from Denver and looking for a new nanny as part of the move. We LOVE our current nanny and are looking for another great relationship!

One sweet, active three year old little boy.

Describe your home setting: Home in downtown (old town) Louisville, walking to everything. Family includes married mom and dad plus little one.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
We are seeking a Nanny/Manager that can help with grocery shopping, light meal prep (chopping veggies, fruits, preparing lunch, etc.), light housekeeping (straightening up, dishes), minor errands, etc. while our son is in pre-school. Care and engagement with our son is first priority and both parents are actively engaged in household chores. ** Our son will be attending the International School in Denver beginning late August and we will require support in getting him to and from school 3-4 days/week. We will provide a car and drive is 30-40 min each way; does not require getting on I-25. **

What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Reading, museums, painting, going to the park, playing ball, gardening, creative-pretend play (he has a wild imagination and loves pretending!), etc.

What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
Experience providing full-time Nanny care/House Management as well as any educational experience/background in early childhood education would a plus! Someone that enjoys engaging with a very spirited little one that LOVES to chat with adults :)

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
Hours will range between 40-50 hours. Will guarantee a minimum of 40 hours per week. Time and a half over 40 hours.

How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
Up to $30/hour for highly qualified candidates plus two weeks paid time off, holidays, sick days, health insurance stipend and year end bonus opportunity!

Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
One small dog in the house (non-shedding type) and a "pet" horse at the stable.

What else are you looking for in a nanny?
Must be: loving, responsible, punctual, patient, experienced and attentive. Bonuses: experience working with little ones on letters/reading, etc. (his school will be exclusively in Spanish so support in his learning in English would be excellent); love of animals and gardening; healthy habits (no smoking, no drugs of any kind); comfort/experience working with work-at-home mom; and proactive in identifying new, fun and educational things to do with our son.

Additional comments:
We are hoping to find someone that can be with our family for many years to come and we are flexible to work collaboratively with someone to shift responsibilities / compensation / hours over the years to keep the right person onboard even when our son increases his school hours over the coming years.
