What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
Infant and child CPR and first aid certified. Must have previous experience in caring for an infant and preschooler.

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
50 hours - M-F 7am - 5pm with occasional flexibility! We also love having Thursday date nights if you're available (until about 9pm).Long term.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$18-$20 (40 hrs) plus Overtime (1.5), benefits include vacation, major holidays.
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
Yes, 2 very large dogs that will bark at anyone they don't know for a few days -- must be very good with animals and genuinely love being around them. They'll bark at you until they get used to you!
What else are you looking for in a nanny?
Extremely reliable and dependable. Someone who has many other commitments or distractions isn't a good fit. Someone who is playful, fun, great with two kids. Good car to drive safely in the snow. Pristine driving record.
Additional comments:
We need some deal of flexibility in case there are rare times when we need to stay at work a bit longer. Available for rare overnights when needed (we'll give you a heads up of course). Able to watch children when we go on short trips (again, we'll give you a heads up and try to also have a relative available to help as well). Would love if someone would potentially come on family trips with us.
