We're looking to have regular weekly date nights, and occasional weekend morning/afternoon hikes without the kids.

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
This Friday, 5/18, we need someone from 2-6 PM.
Otherwise, we're looking for about 6-10 hours a week. My wife may go back to work, so we may be looking for more permanent nanny in the future.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$25/hour
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
One cat, who will probably be hiding in the basement.
What else are you looking for in a nanny?
We really don't need too much. Just someone to care for and play with the kids and make sure the 1 year old doesn't climb on something he shouldn't!
Additional comments:
Our kids are pretty easy to deal with. The 5 year old mostly plays outside or likes to play on her tablet. The 1 year old is either napping or playing with cars. The 5 year old is very helpful with the 1 year old.
