We are a family of five. My husband and have three boys and one dog. Our boys are 13, 11, and 4 years old.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
My husband travels for work every week, and I am on my own with three kids during the school week. We are looking for an experienced House Manager first and foremost, with Nanny capabilities to help us mainly take care of the house and help all three kids when needed. Because there is a large age difference between my older two and the youngest, I am hoping to find someone help me to drive kids to their activities or help take care of the youngest and household, depending on our needs. I need a lot of help with keeping the household running smoothly, which would include a fair amount of housekeeping and running errands, keeping supplies and groceries stocked, etc.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
We have three boys. Our oldest is 13 and he is very outgoing and energetic, he plays a lot of sports and will need help getting to and from activities. Our middle son is 11, and he is more reserved and quiet, but a complete sweetheart. Our youngest is 4 years old, he is silly and full of energy, but also very sweet and listens well.
Describe your home setting: We live in a single family home in a beautiful area of Vail, CO. We are happily married and have been married for 18 years!

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
I need a very experienced House Manager first and foremost, which includes housekeeping, laundry, cooking for children, meal prep, grocery shopping, organizing toys, making sure supplies stay stocked, etc. Nanny responsibilities would include driving kids to actives, watching kids if they are home from school or during break, occasional night time babysitting, and occasional overnights.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Reading, going to the park, puzzles, music class, developmental games. It would be great to have someone who enjoys hiking, biking, skiing and outdoor activities!
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR/1st Aid - MUST be comfortable driving in the mountains, (ice and snow) and we will provide a car for driving the children and household duties. Experience with young toddlers/preschool/school age children required!

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
M-F 10am-6pm - 40/hours weekly, we will guarantee 40 hours, someone who can be occasionally be flexible with the schedule for occasional help with evenings, weekends, overnights!
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$35-$40 hour (1.5 for over 40 hours) - benefits include Vacation, Major Holidays, Performance Bonus, Stipend for Overnights.
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
We have one medium sized dog, he is very sweet.
What else are you looking for in a nanny?
Someone who has a lot of energy and is very experienced, loving and dependable.
