My husband and I were blessed with a beautiful daughter in August. She is our first and only child.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
My husband works full tine and I plan on returning to work so we need someone to look after our daughter while we are working during the day.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
One girl who is currently 8 weeks old, she will be 3 months old when I return to work.
Describe your home setting: House with spouse in a new construction neighborhood which is very family oriented.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Caring for child including developmental activities, washing her bottles and doing her laundry etc. Anything in regard to our child!
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Reading, going to library, going to the park,
bringing her to my office occasionally on days that I am less busy, so that I can see her and feed her.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR, First aid, someone with educational background in early childhood development is a plus, prefer someone with several years of experience with infants.

Start date is flexible
How many hours do you need a nanny for?
27 hours per week from 8-5 on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. 1 year commitment.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$20-$25/hr - 2 weeks Vacation, Major holidays, Performance bonus. Will also pay for mileage when using your car!

What else are you looking for in a nanny?
Someone who is engaged in the development of our child and can provide care and education for our child. Someone who respects our parenting philosophies and follows our guidelines and schedules that we have set for our child.
