We had nannies for 11 years but our girls are older now (12 and 7) and we need someone who is comfortable driving and doing household manager-type tasks more than we need someone who will play (though my little one would love to play when there's time!)

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Driving, errands, making snacks and some meals (easy - we usually do a meal delivery service so just need to heat), laundry, shopping, errands etc., some outings like Children's Museum, some crafting and helping with homework for our younger daughter who is in second grade.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Reading, playing games, going to museums, etc. would be great to the extent there is time - will mostly be with our 7 year old, as our 12 year old is generally too busy.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR, Safe driver since there will be a fair amount of that; needs to genuinely like kids, of course and able to help with House Manager requirements as well!

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
Open to anywhere from 30-40 hours, M - F. We need someone who is flexible with the hours ranging between Noon-9pm as the girls have evening activities and we may need to work late!
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$25/hr - we are willing to pay well for someone experienced as a Nanny/House Manager who is trustworthy and dependable and whom our girls enjoy!
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
No - just some fish in a little pond outside.
What else are you looking for in a nanny?
Someone who will not be on her phone - someone who is present and mindful with the girls and able to help with House Manager needs.
