My husband and I work full time and are looking for a Nanny/House Manager to provide love and care to our two kiddos, and help provide family manager support during this busy time in life :)

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Grocery shopping, Cooking for the family (on the days the boys are at school). Laundry & Dishwasher,Errands, Appointment Management etc.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Being active and having fun! Exploring, playing, reading, parks, etc - activities and fun that the boys might enjoy that stimulates their learning and discovery of the world
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR/First Aid - Preschool age experience a plus!

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
Will guarantee hours.
M/W/F (boys in preschool):6:30/7am to 2pm (drop off + house mgr duties.)
T/TH (no preschool): 10 hours day - (6:30/7am - 5pm).
Open to more hours (2x mo) if husband travels!
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$23-$25/hr + bi-annual performance bonus. Vacation, major holidays and PTO/Sick days.

What else are you looking for in a nanny?
Loving, kind, patient, active and enough energy to keep up with two active little guys. Engaged, focused on the kiddos learning and development, and wants to become part of our fun family team. Is proactive and wants to help our family run smoothly by identifying and taking care of tasks that give us more time back with our boys.
Additional comments:
We're worked with two nannies in the past. Both have been amazing - true partners and members of our family. We've found open communication and a mutual respect for each other have helped establish a great partnership
