Two working professional women. One works in medicine and the other works in global energy. Because of our professions, one's schedule occasionally has a few longer days and the other regularly travels. We have a 7 month old son. He has been a calm, happy baby from birth. He has recently found his voice and we think a tooth may be starting to come in!

Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We understand the dedication, commitment and loving nature that comes with a nanny that only an experienced professional is capable of bringing. We would also like this person to have the capability of managing our home so extra work is not waiting for us when we return at the end of our long days.

Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
1 boy. He will be turning 7 months on January 16. He is a calm natured boy that is constantly smiling. He has recently found his voice so sometimes uses it with a smile. He is eating around 3 oz of solids, 3 times a day. We make the organic solids on the weekend but it would be an advantage if the person who is right for this position can help us with this.

Describe your home setting: Two-story urban family home with a basement in North Boulder, Gunbarrel area. We have two dogs, Sam and Annie.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Caring for our infant is the most important task. This includes holding, loving, feeding, bathing, outdoor activities (walks, park, library, etc.), replenishing diapers/wipes/cream when low, cleaning his nursery and play room, etc. The tasks/errands for the home would be Light Housekeeping, Cooking, Shopping, Laundry, Errands (post office/FedEx), arranging appointments and supervision of other household staff and technicians (lawn care, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).

What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
Reading, singing, dancing, outdoor walks, trips to the library, trips to the park, developmental activities according to age group. (exercises, swimming, music class, little gym, etc.)

What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR and First-Aid certified. Early childhood education and or multiple years of experience a plus !Must have Nanny/House Manager experience!

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
M-F Can guarantee 40 hrs/week. ASAP! Minimum 1 year commitment, ability to stay multiple years a plus! REGULAR SCHEDULE Monday – 7:30am – 4:30pm = 9hrs Tuesday – 7:30am – 4:30pm = 9hrs Wednesday – 7:30am – 4:00pm = 8.5hrs Thursday – 7:30am – 4:30pm = 9hrs Friday - Off (or use for date night) Weekly Date night: 4.5 hours Total: 40 hours TRAVEL SCHEDULE (one week per month) Monday- 7:30am- 7:00pm = 11.5hrs Tuesday- 7:30am-3:30pm = 8hrs Wednesday- 7:30am- 1:00pm = 5.5hrs Thursday- 7:30am- 7:00pm = 11.5hrs Friday- 1:30pm-5:00pm = 3.5 hrs Total: 40 hours

How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$25-$28/hr based on experience. Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO, including vacation, sick days), Paid major holidays, Annual performance review, all meals included.

Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
2 dogs: Annie - a 14 year old black lab - she is deaf but incredibly sweet. Sam - a 3 year old chocolate cockapoo - he has a ton of energy but calms down and is a lap dog once he knows you!

What else are you looking for in a nanny?
Experienced with Infants and House Management skills. Spanish speaking/bilingual a plus but not required. Great communication skills appreciated! Ability to stay multiple years a plus!
