My husband and I have been married for 7 years and have since then added 2 kids to our family and 2 dogs. Our eldest son is 3, and attends preschool 3 days a week on M/W/F until 3 pm (so that he can squeeze in a nap there!). Our littlest baby boy, is 7 months old! I stay at home with my two boys and wouldn't have it any other way! My husband works in Denver. We would love to add someone who can help with our Nanny and House Manager needs and likes to do a variety of things in their job!
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We are looking for a Nanny House Manager to help us with light household work (dinner prep, laundry, errands, anything needed, etc) as well as having extra love and care for our two boys so that I can get more things done on my to-do list (going to yoga, errands, etc). We are looking for someone that we trust entirely and would love to incorporate date nights into our schedule as well!

Describe your home setting: Our home is a new construction home in a very nice, quiet neighborhood in Lafayette near 95th and Arapahoe. We have just built a "modern farmhouse" and we are excited to raise our kids there!

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
Light housekeeping (dishes, laundry) light dinner prep, helping to shop for groceries or help put groceries away, basically help with anything needed!
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
We would like someone very experienced with Infant and Preschool care and House Manager duties!
If watching our infant: help with bottle feeding, changing diapers, rocking and soothing, lots of love and time being held.
With our preschooler: helping to get him down for a nap in the afternoons, reading, creative activities, outdoor play etc. Help getting him dressed if we are heading out the door, so I can feed the baby etc. Helping to get lunch or dinner organized for my preschooler.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR and First Aid, Infant and Preschool age experience, Nanny House Manager experience. Additional Education and additional Certifications a plus!

Start date is flexible
How many hours do you need a nanny for?
3 or 4 days per week between 20-24 hours per week (10am-4pm), we would like to add an additional date night a couple of times a month! We are flexible with how the schedule would be structured and can commit to a permanent schedule!
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$30/hr Vacation, Major Holidays, Sick Days and Performance Bonus!
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
Yes, 2 French Bulldogs 8 yrs old, can keep them separate if they are underfoot - would love someone who would occasionally walk them, they don't require much!
What else are you looking for in a nanny?
We would love someone who loves children, dogs and a happy, busy family! Must be experienced with Infants, Preschool age and Household duties. We are open to developing a schedule that can be permanent with the occasional flexibility as needed!
