T.J. $20-$25/hr Full Time Nanny for Amazing Boys in Louisville!

Nanny Job Details

Job ID: 5647
Location: Louisville, CO

Please describe your family:
We are a happy family with two sweet boys ages 4 and age 6 looking for a nanny to join us and create a long-lasting bond. Dad is an aerospace engineer who has passed on his love of science, natural curiosity, and jovial personality to his two boys. Mom is a health care executive who loves cooking, biking and being outdoors with her family. We value family, community, education, and the outdoors.

Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We’ve hosted au pairs for several years, and though we loved cultivating relationships with new friends from all around the world, the boys were always sad when we had to say goodbye after a year or two. We are really hoping to find someone we can cultivate a long-term relationship with. Ideal nanny is loving, energetic, educated (and a great teacher), comfortable with structure and HIGHLY ORGANIZED. Looking for someone proactive and a great communicator.

Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
6yo boy is affectionate, sweet, sensitive and so bright. He loves to read, make art and tiny books, do math problems during dinner, and build things out of “recycled stuff.” Outside, you’ll find him on his bike, digging in the dirt, or rock climbing. He is an amazing big brother.

4yo boy is full of energy, joy, and sweet but slightly naughty spirit. He idolizes his big brother and his whole world is trying to keep up with him – on their bikes, skis, or even in school. He also loves books, is learning to read, has a serious sweet tooth (which we only indulge on the weekends, otherwise this is expressed by his many, many pictures of ice cream cones).

They are wonderful, playful and generally well-mannered kids. They thrive on a routine, but with some built-in flexibility. Our days during quarantine have been some variant of the follows: morning school time (math, reading, etc), snack, playtime/outside time, art/creative time, lunch, lots of books, nap, afternoon free playtime while I make dinner and do household work.

Describe your home setting: Beautiful home with a great view of the mountains and Long’s Peak. The kids have a huge playroom/classroom, and a big backyard to roam and a trampoline to burn extra energy. We are very neat and organized and expect the kids to clean up after themselves too. We have someone who we are close to who comes each week for deep house cleaning. There are miles and miles of gorgeous trails out our back door for which we are immensely grateful. Close to S.Boulder Rd and McCaslin Blvd.
