We are just starting our family and are looking for someone to provide loving care for our new baby boy. We both work and will need full time care during the weekdays with occasional nights and weekends. We are so excited to find someone who will be an extension of our family!

We are looking for a caring, energetic, trustworthy individual who is passionate about working with young children. Ideally, this person will also have strong communication and organizational skills to keep up with our fast-paced life.
Describe the child(ren) you need a nanny for:
We have one boy who is 6 weeks old.
Describe your home setting: We have a home in the North Boulder neighborhood, which is surrounded by beautiful parks and places to walk/enjoy the outdoors.

What tasks/errands do you expect your nanny to perform?
We are primarily looking for childcare, but will also be interested in Home Management (i.e. light housekeeping, cooking, grocery shopping, laundry, etc.).
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
As our son is still very young, we are initially looking for engagement that will help with his early growth and development including reading, singing, speaking, sitting, crawling, etc. We love being outdoors, listening to music, dancing and playing with our baby boy. As he grows, we would like our nanny to be able to include age appropriate learning activities (numbers, colors etc.) creative activities, arts and crafts, indoor and outdoor activities.
What special certifications/requirements are you looking for?
CPR & First Aid.

Start date is flexible
How many hours do you need a nanny for?
We will need someone Monday through Friday from 8-5 and occasional evenings and weekends. The start date can initially be flexible (potentially start earlier depending on your schedule) as we will not both be back to work full time until mid to late September.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$23-$30 per hour with a performance bonus.
Do you have any pets or animals in your home?
We have two adorable dogs that are very gentle and easy to manage.
What else are you looking for in a nanny?
We are looking for someone who really wants to invest in our son's (and our family's) development. We are new at this and are so excited to have someone help us as we embark on this new and exciting adventure.
