We are months into our journey as a family of 5 (5 yo boy, 2.5 yo girl and 2 mos boy) and are relocating to Boulder from NYC. For my husband and I, this marks a return to Boulder and for our kids, it means a life more full of outdoor adventure. We are a very close knit and laid back little crew that loves the simple joys of spending time together and exploring.
Please describe why you are looking for a nanny:
We are looking for a true partner in a nanny - someone that views the role as an extension of the family and that brings that level of care to their interactions with the kids. Both my husband and I work full time so need someone who can be with us 40+ hrs/week with a primary focus of caring for the kids and a secondary ask of light housework.

5 yo boy - inventive, curious and sensitive
2.5 yo girl - spunky, full of energy and silly
2 mos boy - thriving in the chaos

We are looking for someone to take on light housework - the kids laundry, kids meals and tidying after full days of play.
What activities do you want your nanny to do with your child?
We are looking for someone who can balance the needs of an infant with the busyness of toddlers. Our kids are in their prime development years and we believe that they develop a love of learning through play. We want someone who engages their imaginations with music, reading, art and more.

How many hours do you need a nanny for?
We need 40+ hrs/week - typical schedule will be M-F 9am-5pm. Our last nanny was with us 5 yrs and leaving her is toughest part of leaving NYC so we are hopeful we'll also find another long term partner here.
How much are you willing to pay? Do you offer benefits?
$25-$30/hr. with an Annual bonus. Paid vacation, holidays and sick days.
